I FOUND THIS PART
I called JCPenney 800-933-7115 EXT 7039
Tell them you need a tape drum. They were able to find it by looking in an old magazine. They used the Croscill bnard. They sent me enough to fix all my blinds.

Still hunting this part
Penneys was unable to help me. They changed their blinds b/c these drums broke all the time. Any other ideas?
